We specialise in the art of unwinding in body, mind and spirit and are delighted to be part of the the Tribe Party @tribeporty on Saturday 10th June.

Shoes off if possible please folks before you come into the treatment room. We always have a balance of needs in ensuring our Clinic space is as clean, comfortable and welcoming as possible, and we do understand taking shoes off before you come in may not be possible for all 👟👠👞

Stretching should feel good! It can also feel a bit confusing as to the 'right' way to do it.

Where have our spider plants gone? Don't worry they are just away for a bit of TLC and spring repotting and they will be back soon 🌿🌱

Thought it would be good to remind folk who we are and what we do - all our practitioners have easy ways for you to get in touch, find out more, and book in with them. Enjoy!
