With 20 years experience in bodywork therapies, Caroline is qualified in Advanced Clinical Massage Techniques through Jing Advanced Massage Training.
Her treatments are tailored to the individual and can target a wide range of musculoskeletal issues using a combination of techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point work, myofascial release, heat, acupressure and stretching to reduce pain and increase range of movement. Her advice on stretching and selfcare at home can maintain the benefits achieved in Clinic.
With experience in addressing a wide range of musculo-skeletal issues from acute to chronic conditions, she continues to build on her knowledge through ongoing CPD training. Modules attended have given a deeper understanding of how to treat shoulder / neck pain, forearm / wrist issues, headaches & TMJ and lower back / hip pain.
She also offers therapeutic / relaxation massage for maintenance and wellbeing, is qualified in Pregnancy Massage, is a Restore Scar therapy Practitioner, Restore Caesarean Scar Specialist and a highly experienced Bowen Technique practitioner.
Caroline is based at Portobello Natural Health on Tuesday afternoons and Thursdays.
